STEPs is pleased to submit this proposal to provide data analysis and composition of community assessment report findings to Community Action of Nebraska (CAN). The data analysis and composition services would be led by Dr. Jeanette Harder, founder and director of STEPs, along with Dr. Keyonna King, Program Evaluator with STEPs. Their work will be supported by Jennifer Sedivy, Graduate Research Assistant with STEPs. The team has extensive experience conducting research and evaluation on programs serving children, youth, and families in poverty. As highlighted below, the team presents with the necessary education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully meet all of the contractual requirements.
