  Description :
Dr. Walls’ Spanish for Heritage Speakers (SPAN 3010) class and Ms. Katrina Jacobberger students from Norris Middle School will collaborate this spring semester with the South Omaha Library to put up a special event for El Dia del Niño, a Mexican holiday celebration children. Students will work together on creating cultural stations to tie in the cultural/heritage piece to the event. This will also bridge an opportunity for students to practice their Spanish skills with other students and the community.
