Description : This five-part podcast series reflects how war impacts all of us by listening to the different perspectives of those that have lived it, understanding how the media shapes our views of war, understanding our own feelings, and learning life skills for managing stress, fear, and anxiety. Description : For this project Lisa Scherer provided advice to Offutt Air force personnel on emotional intelligence which is a construct they want to start measuring and training their cadets to know and demonstrate, particularly in times of stress.

Description : A 4-week program for youth of color to come on to campus and learn about careers in STEAM. The workshop covers career opportunities, financial literacy, job readiness and healthy living. The STEAM Academy is free to attend and is a collaborative effort with Omaha Public Schools, for up to 20 kids in grades 7-12.
